تؤمن منصة عَلَّامَة بأن النزاهة الأكاديمية تمثل حجر الأساس لنجاح العملية التعليمية والتدريبية، وأن العدالة والشفافية بين جميع الدارسين هي الركيزة التي تقوم عليها جودة التعليم الإلكتروني. وانطلاقًا من التزام المنصة بمعايير المركز الوطني للتعليم الإلكتروني ورؤية المملكة 2030، فقد وضعت هذه السياسة والآليات المصاحبة لها لحماية المنصة والدارسين من أي ممارسات تخل بمبدأ الأمانة الأكاديمية، وضمان بيئة تدريبية عادلة وموثوقة. Allamah Platform believes that academic integrity is the cornerstone of a successful educational and training process. Based on our commitment to the standards of the National eLearning Center and Saudi Vision 2030, this policy has been established to protect learners from any practices that violate academic honesty, ensuring a fair and reliable environment.

مفهوم النزاهة Concept of Integrity

النزاهة الأكاديمية هي التزام جميع المستفيدين من منصة عَلاَّمة (متعلّمين، مدرّبين، إداريين) بالسلوك القائم على الصدق، الأمانة، المسؤولية، والاحترام في جميع الأنشطة التعليمية والتدريبية. وهي أساس الثقة التي تقوم عليها العملية التعليمية، وضمان تحقيق الفائدة الحقيقية لكل مستفيد. Academic integrity is the commitment of all Allamah platform beneficiaries (learners, trainers, administrators) to behavior based on honesty, trust, responsibility, and respect in all educational and training activities. It is the foundation of trust upon which the educational process relies.

أشكال انتهاك النزاهة Forms of Violation

يُعتبر من مخالفات النزاهة في بيئة التعليم والتدريب الإلكتروني على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: Examples of integrity violations in the e-learning and training environment include, but are not limited to:

الغش في الاختباراتCheating استخدام مصادر أو أدوات غير مصرح بها أثناء أداء الاختبارات أو الواجبات. Using unauthorized sources or tools during tests or assignments.
انتحال الشخصيةImpersonation حضور الحصص أو أداء الأنشطة باستخدام حساب شخص آخر. Attending classes or performing activities using someone else's account.
تزوير المستنداتFalsification تزوير البيانات أو المستندات المقدمة للمنصة. Falsifying data or documents submitted to the platform.
الاقتباس غير الموثقPlagiarism الاقتباس أو النسخ من أعمال الآخرين دون توثيق أو إذن. Plagiarizing or copying from others' work without citation or permission.
التلاعب التقنيSystem Manipulation التلاعب في أنظمة المنصة أو محاولة تعطيلها. Manipulating or attempting to disrupt the platform's systems.
انتهاك الملكية الفكريةIP Violation مخالفة قوانين حقوق الملكية الفكرية في استخدام المواد التعليمية. Violating intellectual property laws in the use of educational materials.

الإجراءات والعقوبات Procedures & Penalties

تحتفظ منصة عَلاَّمة بالحق في اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان بيئة تعليمية عادلة، وتشمل على سبيل المثال: Allamah Platform reserves the right to take necessary measures to ensure a fair educational environment, including:

الإنذار الشفهي أو الكتابي للمستفيد.Verbal or written warning to the beneficiary.
إلغاء النشاط أو المهمة التي تمت فيها المخالفة.Canceling the activity or task where the violation occurred.
حرمان المستفيد من حضور الحصة أو المادة محل الانتهاك.Depriving the beneficiary of attending the class/subject.
إيقاف مؤقت للحساب حتى يتم مراجعة الحالة.Temporary account suspension until the case is reviewed.
إلغاء تسجيل المستفيد في البرنامج دون استرداد الرسوم المدفوعة.Canceling enrollment with no refund of paid fees.
إبلاغ الجهات المختصة إذا كان الانتهاك يشكل مخالفة قانونية.Notifying competent authorities for legal offenses.

التزامات المستفيدين Beneficiaries' Obligations

الالتزام بجميع قوانين النزاهة المعتمدة في المنصة. Compliance with all approved integrity laws.
استخدام الحساب الشخصي فقط وعدم مشاركته. Using only personal accounts and not sharing them.
توثيق المصادر عند استخدام مراجع إضافية. Documenting sources when using external references.
احترام حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمحتوى التعليمي. Respecting IP rights of educational content.

التزامات منصة عَلاَّمة Platform's Obligations

نشر سياسات النزاهة بشكل واضح ومتاح للجميع. Publishing integrity policies clearly for all.
توفير أدوات تقنية تساعد على منع الغش أو الانتحال. Providing technical tools to prevent cheating.
متابعة ورصد المخالفات ومعالجتها بعدالة وشفافية. Monitoring and processing violations fairly.
تحديث السياسة بشكل دوري لمواكبة التطورات. Updating policies to match technical developments.

استمرار استخدام منصة عَلاَّمة يعني موافقة المستفيد على الالتزام بهذه السياسة، وأي مخالفة تعرضه للإجراءات الموضحة أعلاه. Continued use of the Allamah platform signifies agreement to comply with this policy, and any violation subjects the user to the outlined procedures.
